Accessibility at Metro
Metro Private Cinema is designed to be enjoyed by everyone. We offer ADA seating, open caption screenings, assistive audio, and other accommodations to support all of our guests. If you or someone in your group needs accommodations, just let us know. We’ll take care of it.

Access Team

Our Access Team is on hand at every event to aid any guest in need of extra assistance. Whether it be help to your seat, providing assistive audio headsets, or making space for a wheelchair, Metro's Access Team members are available to assist. Just visit the front desk when you arrive.

Restrooms

ADA-compliant restrooms are available on both floors of the cinema.
Getting Around
All of our Cinema Suites are wheelchair accessible, with ADA-compliant restrooms on every floor and elevator access to all guest areas. If anyone in your party uses a wheelchair, please have the host of the event let us know in advance by requesting wheelchair seating on the Reservation Details screen. Here's how:

  • Go to your Reservation Details page
  • Scroll to Accessibility Options
  • Toggle Request Wheelchair Seating to “On”

Please give us at least 4 hours’ notice so we can prepare the room.
Open Captions
Most movies we show support open captions (subtitles on the screen). To request open captions:

  • Go to your Reservation Details page
  • Scroll to Accessibility Options
  • Toggle Request Open Captions to “On”

Please give us at least 4 hours’ notice so we can queue up the right version of the movie.
Assistive Audio
Many films also offer amplified audio and/or descriptive narration, available through wireless headsets. To request assistive audio:

  • Go to your Reservation Details page
  • Scroll to Accessibility Options
  • Toggle Request Assistive Audio to “On”

Please give us at least 4 hours’ notice so we can set up the equipment.
