Metro Private Cinema House Rules

Metro Private Cinema is a safe, respectful, and inclusive place. We want everyone to enjoy themselves during their visit, so we have some simple House Rules that we expect everyone to follow. When we say everyone, we mean guests, team members, vendors, press, visitors, or anyone else in the building. Everyone. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Intimidation or threats
  • Hurtful language
  • Physical assault of any type
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwanted sexual attention
  • Bullying or stalking
  • Unwanted photography or video recording
  • Video recording of any content on screen
  • Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use
For everyone’s safety, the Metro Private Cinema lounge and private cinema suites are monitored by security cameras. Anyone who violates our House Rules may be asked to leave. Please respect other guests, our team, our vendors, and visitors by following these rules.

  • If you are asked to stop any harassing behavior, STOP immediately.
  • If you experience or witness any form of harassment, please contact the nearest Metro team member. A manager will address the situation.
  • If you feel unsafe in your immediate situation, alert our staff, move to a safe location and dial 911
  • Any party caught recording on-screen content will be asked to leave immediately and will be reported to both the studio and the authorities. Individuals who attempt to pirate content may be held liable for damages and could face criminal charges, including fines and imprisonment.
