What can someone buy with a gift card?
You can use your gift card for suite rentals, food, beverages, tax, gratuity, and any extra fees at Metro Private Cinema. Gift Cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards--that would be weird.
How are Gift Cards delivered?
Digital gift cards are delivered by email. You can send the digital card details to yourself or schedule it to be sent directly to your recipient. You must purchase physical gift cards in person.
Can I use the Gift Card to make a reservation on your website?
Not right now. We're working on it. For now, you must redeem gift cards in person. Bring the digital or physical card, and we'll scan it to apply it to your bill.
Can I buy multiple Gift Cards for everyone in my office?
Sure, we'd love that! Right now, you can only buy one card at a time online, but if you need a bunch and want to do it in one go, stop by our lobby and we'll be happy to help!
Are Gift Cards refundable?
